But you couldn't pay that little before.......I get your point but still. All I care is about the exterior of the car and the price. I know others want every small detail, I don't care I just want to look at the car and remember the race.

    STAGE WINNER, MTJ

Met Truex at a Bass Pro appearance tonight and asked if he would sign these with "stage winner". He got a kick out of it. Even @zaw24fan got a hero card signed with it.

Got lucky yesterday @ my local Target. They finally got a few new NASCAR diecasts in for the first time in awhile. And one of them was Jr's last ride. :) Also scored Corey LaJoie's #23 Dr Pepper Darlington car too. :)

Finally found a Kyle Larson 32 Cartwheel truck at a somewhat reasonable price, so that completes my set of white with red trim Larson cars! These look nice together!

It's sad walking into Walmart and seeing a few haulers, a few cheap looking 1:24ths(with blacked out windows...yuck) and only a single column of pegs with about a dozen 1:64ths some of which being NHRA funny cars and MAYBE one Xfinity series car. Basically taking up a tenth of the aisle. Oh and everything is like three months late.

Twenty years ago there was what seemed like six or seven columns with both 1:24ths and those 1:144ths from Winners Circle, Hot Wheels and Racing Champions covering ALL THREE SERIES PLUS THE MAJOR NHRA DIVISIONS, VARIOUS DIRT CARS AND INDYCARS. On the shelf would be easily three dozen 1:24ths(with clear windows!) again covering the aforementioned series with some Nascar 1:18ths(I never bothered with those...just too big). And then on the very bottom would be just about as many haulers if not more again from more than just the main three Nascar series. Not to mention the five and eight packs of 1:24ths and 1:144ths. Also, the driver figures that came with a car and a trophy too. There would be some Nascar Micro Machines too. Oh and you could easily score a good twenty plus cars AND trucks from the upcoming season...in fucking January.

20 years ago? My Dad came home with multiple 1/64's every weekend in 2007! Man, I wish we could go back to those times...

Yeah, I was just thinking that too. Seems like once Motorsports Authentics went under, 1:64's largely disappeared everywhere except at the track and online until recent years. I still check on them occasionally to see what's new (if anything). Nothing close to what it used to be which is sad.
