HEAT 4

So I recently got into using some of these templates (Found the reddit page with the templates for all three series, which is nice) and managed even without ANY reference material to complete a few. What format do I save these in? At the moment, I just have them in flat pngs but I'm not sure if I should save them in the traditional formats (TGA, DDS) or something different entirely.
