invent a base

I finally decided to make a base from scratch. Kinda thrown together this afternoon, and its a little busy. I'm sure I'll be tweaking it a bit more.

What do you think?

Hmm... why not try a light silverish color added on or just replace it with the white? Looks good over all but the white just throws it off for me.

Here's a good tip for you, when painting a white car never ever use RGB values of 255, I always use R=225, G=228, B=217 when painting white cars.

I use PSP9 but it should be the same in PSP8. Click on the top color box in Materials and a Material Properties box should appear where you input your RGB values.
