Also! Here's the final driver ready for reveal for Revved Up Racing. One of the fan favorites, 26 year old Luke Snyder from Wells, ME. One of the more consistent drivers in the garage, he's had a very solid past 2 years. Totaling 5 poles, 2 wins, 18 top 5s, and 34 top 10s and finishing 7th in the standings in both years. He's also led in 17 races throughout the 2 seasons, which attracted his sponsor to cover the entire seasons worth of races, which is very rare in the sport today. Hoping to continue the success for his Houston, TX based team, Snyder comes into the season with a lot of momentum, considering his teammate won the Championship in 2017.

Stanley/Black + Decker is the primary sponsor for the #99 Camry, and they will advertise various brands throughout the season. The main brand on the car though will yet again be DeWalt. Considering their history in the sport, the executives at DeWalt are always looking forward to the next Nascar season, and this one is no exception. They will be on the car for 24 races this year.
    99DeWalt1.png

The next brand that will be showcased on the car is another with a rich history in the sport. Craftsman, who was just recently acquired by Stanley/Black + Decker. They are going to be on the car for 6 races this season, hoping to bring the familiar black and red colors to victory lane.
    99Craftsman1.png

Lastly, Black + Decker themselves will be the primary brand on the car for the following 6 races. Word is there might be other schemes coming, including some of their other various brands, but for now these are the schemes the team has released to the public.
    99BlackAndDecker1.png

Thanks for looking! As always, stay tuned for more!

Next up, we have the driver of the #28 Ford for the Jacksonville, FL based Tornado Motorsports. Michael Potter, 27 year old from his teams hometown, has had mild success the past couple seasons. Finishing 19th and 30th in the standings respectively in 2016 and 2017. He has scored 1 top 10, 1 win, and 12 top 10s. While his teammate has had more success, winning the title in 2016, Potter was feeling a little down. In 2017, the team as a whole struggled, with 3 of the 4 teams finishing outside the top 25 in points. Defending Champion Justin Sparks even struggled, finishing 15th in the standings. They are looking to turn things around this season though, shutting down one of their weakest teams (the #15) and absorbing the #88 car, hoping to bring these fast Fords back to victory lane.

Potter will again be sponsored by real estate leasing agency Rayonier, this time for a solid 22 races throughout the season. They will have a slightly different look this year, while keeping their familiar colors on the car.
    28Rayonier1.png

With the shutting down of the #15 team, grocery store chain Winn Dixie was out of a primary sponsorship role. Instead of signing a one car deal, they signed a deal with Tornado Motorsports. They will serve as an associate on each of their cars this year, as well as covering 15 total races between the 4 cars as primary. The #28 will get the largest portion of races, as they will be on the car for 8 events this season.

    28WinnDixie1.png

Maple Street Biscuit Company however, will be stepping up their races on the #28. They have been expanding throughout Florida, and thought they could make a bit more of a buzz by putting their logos on the car as an associate for every race in 2018, as well as being primary for 6 races.

Love that Rayonier scheme! My Papa (Grandfather) used to work there. Also brings back memories of when I could go to a Winn-Dixie! lol :)

That's awesome! Amazing how even though I never heard of Rayonier before starting this, people around here know them on a personal level. I'm sure there are others too, very cool to know that! Thanks for the kind words!

    Next car for the evening!

Here we have a new team entering the sport! Skylar Greene Motorsports is a newly formed Toyota team. They are entering the sport alongside Lightning Motorsports, and will also have an alliance with Revved Up Racing. Ever since he was a kid, Skylar Greene, now 43, has had 2 distinct passions in life one of which being basketball. In 1998, he entered the NBA with the San Antonio Spurs. His hometown favorite team, and he was achieving his dream of playing for them. In his 2nd year, they won the NBA Championship, with Greene heavily influencing the team's success. Throughout his 17 year career with the Spurs, he helped them win 5 Championships, and won 4 MVP awards. After retiring at the end of 2014, Greene began to pursue his other passion. Motorsports. When he was younger, he would ride his go-kart as often as he could, and he would watch the World Sportscar Championship whenever he could. In mid 2015, he traveled to Australia to follow and learn about one of the greatest series in the world, V8 Supercars. After falling in love with the series, he ventured back to the states in early 2015 and attended the 24 Hours of Daytona. After being interviewed by news media, as his presence had drawn a lot of buzz, he was asked if he was going return in February to experience Nascar Speedweeks. After giving it some thought, he decided to stick around. He had always known about Nascar, but never gave it a second thought. Now that he had more time to learn about it, he figured he might as well give it a shot. Well, little did he know that that week would change his entire outlook on the sport. He wandered around the garage, met with teams, drivers, and most importantly. Fans. He saw the passion for the sport, and from then on, he yearned to be apart of it. Beginning in late 2015, he started to assemble various supplies to start his own Nascar team. With a nearly unlimited budget, and huge sponsor appeal, that part was easy. He still had to find a race shop, find a team, and find equipment. Over the past 2 years, that's exactly what he has been doing. He built a large facility in his hometown of San Antonio, and was able to gather all of the things he needed to make Speedweeks by 2018. Last thing he had to do, was find drivers, and land sponsors for those drivers. The first driver he found, was lighting it up on the dirt tracks throughout the Northwest Touring Series. Neil Moore, 25 year old from Sun Valley, ID was appointed to drive the #98 Toyota in 2017. Greene had been watching him for some time, and was very impressed with not only his skill, but his work ethic, determination, and outgoing personality. It seemed like a match made in heaven, and after some testing, he was even more sure that Moore was the guy to lead him to glory. Beginning in 2018, Skylar Greene Motorsports and Neil Moore are going out to prove that they are a force to be reckoned with. Without further ado, I present the three schemes the #98 will sport this season.

First off, we have the primary sponsor for the new Camry team. Online game developer and publisher WarGaming.net will be on the car for 24 races, as well as an associate for the other 12.
    98WarGaming1.png

Next up we have another new sponsor to the sport. Bekins Moving Company is one of the largest moving companies in the country, and they are excited to begin this new partnership with the young kid from Idaho. They will be on the car for 8 races this year.
    98Bekins1.png

Lastly we have the third sponsor covering the remaining 4 races in 2018. Web-based book and media selling company ThriftBooks will cover 4 races this season. They hope to score some good results, and hope to increase their brand identity as well.
    98ThriftBooks1.png

That's all for now! Thanks for reading and looking! Stay tuned for more!

    Thank you!

Up next we have another new driver joining the Cup circuit.

The second entry for Lightning Motorsports will be the 2017 NCWTS Champion. 25 year old Adam Trachsel from Charleston, WV led the way last year in the truck series. He racked up 2 poles, 3 wins, 11 top 5s, and 18 top 10s en route to the Championship. His teammate in the #87 might have beat him there, but the driver of the #5 Tundra was a bit more consistent throughout the season. Lightning is ready for the opportunity for both of their cars to fight for the Cup. Since they finished 1-2 in the truck standings last year, they are confident heading into 2018. With factory support from Toyota and a very strong alliance with Revved Up Racing, expect big things out of this team, and especially Trachsel.

Being one of Toyota's 2 main drivers, they will be on the car for 20 races this season. They will bring their same scheme from the truck series over to the #5 Camry.
    5Toyota1.png

Reese's Peanut Butter Cups will also follow Trachsel to the Cup series, hoping to bring some of the magic with him heading into 2018. They will use the same scheme as his truck for 7 races this season, with Reese's Puffs being advertised on the car for 3 races.
    5ReesesCups1.png

    5ReesesPuffs1.png

A new primary sponsor will be joining Trachsel and Lightning Motorsports this season, covering 6 races in preparation for a potential extension depending on how the year goes. A sponsor with a rich history in motorsports, they are excited to get back on a car. Menard's will run 2 different schemes this season, 3 races with each scheme, a black one and a neon yellow one. ShelterLogic will be on the hood for each of those 6 races as well.

Thanks! One more for the evening!

Jeff Pollard is a 27 year old from Boston, MA. He has a contract with Ford Racing to compete in the Cup series, and he currently drives for the Charlotte, NC based Great American Racing. As a former sportscar driver, Pollard has always had speed even though he was new to the series in 2016. He made the transition look relatively easy. Despite an underwhelming 2016, in which he scored 4 top 10s and finished 31st in points, he was still motivated for 2017, considering his teammate finished 3rd in the standings that year. He turned it around majorly in 2017, scoring 2 poles, 7 top 5s, and 14 top 10s to finish 13th in points. All things considered, a stellar season for the 27 year old Bostonian. Looking forward to an even better 2018, Pollard has gained sponsorship from various other sources, as well as Ford backing him fully. He hopes to visit victory lane and join his teammate who has multiple wins in the past 2 years.

Certainteed will return to the #43 Ford this season, covering as primary for 14 of the 36 races in 2018. The scheme will be very similar for each scheme, as Ford asked to keep the #43 as uniform as possible. Also returning will be the fluorescent yellow numbers, which have drawn a bit of attention for being unique in the field.
    43Certainteed1.png

As expect, Ford will return to cover as primary sponsor for the #43 car in 2018. This time, they will be on the Fusion for 12 races.
    43Ford1.png

And lastly, a new sponsor for Pollard this year. Garmin GPS Systems will hop on board to cover the remaining 10 races for the 27 year old. They look forward to a great season, and to guide him to his first career Nascar victory!

Back in 2012, Shane Meeks' younger brother, Cal Meeks, was brought into the ER with severe abdominal pain. Upon further tests, the doctors found out that his kidneys weren't functioning properly. One was better off than the other, but it wouldn't be too long before the other started working too hard to compensate. He was placed on dialysis and they placed him on the kidney transplant list. For 3 years, he continued with his dialysis, but unfortunately wasn't improving. In the autumn of 2015 though, a donor was found for the 17 year old. The doctors performed the transplant on his worse off kidney, and within a few months, Cal was back fully functioning. Due to the organ being found through Donate Life America, Shane has run their logo on his cars ever since. As a thank you, as well as hoping to raise awareness to others to learn more about Donate Life and organ donation. At the end of 2017, Meeks approached Jiffy Lube and requested a Donate Life tribute scheme to be run on a couple of their races. Without hesitation, they approved it. For 2 races this year, Shane Meeks will run the Donate Life colors as a thank you to those who participate, and all of those who help out however they can.
    81JiffyDonate1.png

Next up after that release,we unveil the next team that will compete in 2018!

Archbald Racing is our team from the North. Based out of Toronto, Ontario, they field the #51 for the team owner's son; Dan Archbald, a 29 year old from Toronto. Forming in very early 2017, they ran the first few races unsponsored, just hoping to get some laps in. Scoring some decent results for their expectations, they began to search much harder for sponsorship to run the full season. Fortunately, they found it in a couple of different companies. They ran the full season, although still preparing for a strong run in 2018, they managed to score 2 top 10s, both on short tracks. They are coming back even stronger this year, and Archbald is hoping to show people that he's here to stay. They will continue to run Toyotas in 2018, with their engines being built and supplied by Triad.

Returning as primary for 20 races this season will be Burger King. They will keep their same scheme, representing their current branding on their takeout bags. They might have more schemes coming as well, but we'll have to see!
    51BurgerKing1.png

Getting a fresh look and adding a couple of races this year will be Holland Freight Company. They are very excited about this new partnership and hope to help bring Archbald a trophy. They will be on the car for 10 races this year.
    51Holland1.png

Their third primary sponsor on the car will also be returning with a familiar look in 2018. Tim Hortons will cover just 6 races for the #51 this season, but look forward to an increased partnership with the team as a whole.
    51TimHortons1.png

Also running for the Toronto based Archbald Racing, we have 21 year old rookie Corey Manning, from Thunder Bay, Ontario. Not a whole lot is known about Manning, other than he's shown a ton of promise in his limited Pinty's Series Starts. He scored 6 top 10s last year in just 8 races. It grabbed the attention of Tim Hortons, and they want to put him in a Cup car on a trial run for 12 races in 2018. Hoping to prove himself, the rookie will race on the short tracks, road courses, and a couple mile and a half tracks in preparation for a potential full time 2019 season. We'll have to see!

Tim Hortons will be on his #15 Toyota for all of the 12 races he has scheduled.
    15TimHortons1.png

Thanks for looking! In case anyone was wondering why Burger King, Tim Hortons, and Popeyes were all on the same car, it is because they all have the same parent company :)

Our next driver is ready for reveal!

Iris Cooper is a 26 year old from Jacksonville, FL. She drives for her hometown's team Tornado Motorsports. In the past couple years, she hasn't had the most stellar of seasons, but they weren't too bad either. She's finished 27th in points each year, and scored a pole. She racked up 4 top 5s and 11 top 10s in the past couple years, and led during 2 different races, both of which were at Talladega. Looking for a stronger season in 2018, she has secured another part time sponsor and looks to improve on her mile and a half speed. During the offseason, Tornado Motorsports hired a new car chief and lead engineer to the #49 team, looking to score some better results. This is a contract year for Cooper, so she is really looking to prove herself here before the end of 2018.

Returning to the #49 Ford will be Crowley Maritime. They sponsored every race the past 2 years, and will yet again cover the majority of the season. They will be on the car for 31 of the 36 races in 2018.
    49CrowleyMaritime1.png

Jumping on board the #49 for a total of 4 races this season will be petroleum giant Pemex. They sponsor the #49 in Xfinity, but wanted a small amount of Cup races to go with that.
    49Pemex1.png

Lastly, as was documented earlier for Tornado Motorsports, grocery retailer Winn Dixie will cover a total of 15 races for the team, one of which will be on the #49 Fusion this season.

    Thanks for looking!

Howdy everyone! Next driver's schemes are ready for reveal!

Our next driver is the third out of the Tornado Motorsports stable. Joey Dorrance is a 24 year old rookie competing out of Columbia, SC. Dorrance raced all across the south, in nearly every division available. After stunning in K&N competition with a relatively underfunded ride, he scored 6 wins in one season and locked up the title. He nailed a sponsorship deal that wanted to take him to the top, but there was one problem, where do they go? Well, fortunately for him, Tornado Motorsports had announced around the same time that they will be closing their #15 entry. Dorrance and his sponsors approached the Jacksonville, FL based team with high hopes. Knowing that this team is capable of winning a Championship, they are very excited to have hopefully found the perfect fit. We'll have to see how the #88 Ford can do this year. Dorrance is pumped up and has even brought a slew of new sponsors to the sport. Looking for big things in 2018, the young rookie is very eager to start the year and really turn some heads.

As was mentioned, Dorrance landed a huge sponsorship deal after his 2017 K&N title. JBL Audio jumped at the opportunity to support a true upcoming talent. They will be on the #88 for 24 races this year, as well as serving as an associate supporter in every race.
    88JBL1.png

As was mentioned in the prior Tornado Motorsports posts, Winn Dixie will be on their cars for a combined total of 15 races for the team. Representing them for 4 races in 2018 will be the #88, with a bit of a different scheme than his teammates.
    88WinnDixie1.png

Returning to the sport after a long absence, we have Jasper Engines & Transmissions. They are pulling a page out of their throwback book, and will run this sleek panther themed scheme in 4 races this year.
    88JasperPanther1.png

Lastly, Dorrance is bringing a brand new sponsor to the sport this year. Giving them a sneak preview of how prosperous sponsorship could be for this company. They are excited to begin this new partnership, even though it is a minor deal, the #88 team is hoping to persuade them to stick around if the results prove good enough! Starbucks will be represented on the #88 Fusion in 4 races in 2018.
    88Starbucks1.png

Thanks for looking! These are some of my favorites so far :) Stay tuned for more as usual!

"Oh look, he made another scheme better than me..." :p

On a serious note, that looks really good. So does that Starbucks car. That's another sponsor I had been thinking about doing here recently, but with a metallic green. You ought to make a version of that with gold instead of the green for the Starbucks Rewards gold status ;)

Thanks guys! Means a lot to hear the reception on these!

@nascarfan9 That's an awesome idea. Just put it together and it looks awesome. Will render in a little while!

@KB18FN2018 yes I do plan to release them once the set is complete. I'm nearly finished with all of the Fords and Toyotas, so after this it will be on hold for a short while.

Next driver is ready for reveal!

Here we have the 2016 Cup Champion, Justin Sparks. The 26 year old from Orlando, FL had an outstanding 2016 season for Tornado Motorsports. He racked up 4 wins, 16 top 5s, and 21 top 10s en route to a dominating Championship run. He came into the season with high hopes, but I don't know if anyone expected that level of dominance out of the Florida native. In 2017, the results weren't as good for Sparks, but he still had a solid season. He finished 15th in points, and scored 4 top 5s and 12 top 10s. Although it wasn't up to par with his title run, he still came out of 2017 with a good attitude. With a restructuring of the engineering staff for Tornado Motorsports heading into 2018, this team is expected to be one of the top dogs all year long. We'll have to see how it goes, but Sparks is very anxious to get back on the track, and hopefully, back to victory lane.

Back for 30 races this season, with no changes to their familiar Championship winning paint scheme, Dixon Ticonderoga is excited to try and go for 2 in 2018.
    92DixonTiconderoga1.png

Also returning will be another Dixon brand, Prang. They will be on the car for 4 races this season, changing up their paint scheme for the 2018 season.
    92Prang1.png

Lastly for the #92 Ford, Winn Dixie will wrap up their 15 total races on the former Champion's car, covering 2 races this season. They are slated to be on the car at the Daytona night race and one other race to be announced.

Julian McCarrington's father, Ray McCarrington is the CEO and founder of one of Georgia's largest amusement parks. McCarrington Amusement park has been operating since 1981, and is located in Madison, Georgia. He always loved going to Six Flags Over Georgia when he was a kid, and it was his dream to one day have is own amusement park. Although it was a very large dream, he was determined to make it happen. After inheriting 200 acre plot of land when he was just 22, he knew this was his chance to make his dream happen. Just out of college with a degree in business management, he rounded up a group of a few investors who agreed that his dream could be very successful. Starting out small, he bought a few small flat rides and a Ferris Wheel and hired his small staff. He had about 25 employees working in the park through 1985, and operated 7 flat rides and one small roller coaster. They noticed that the park was getting very crowded and their popularity was growing. Around the spring of 1988, they nearly doubled the size of their park. They added a couple of roller coasters and 6 more rides, along with a few other forms of entertainment for the guests to enjoy. Fast forward to 2017, the park currently staffs over 300 people, and operates 33 total rides, including 7 roller coasters, one of which has been nominated for the best coaster in the country on multiple occasions. They put on large fireworks shows 4 nights a week, and they also have an incredible program in which less-fortunate kids and their families get in free up to 3 times per year. When McCarrington's son asked him if he could try and pursue his dream, of driving a racecar, he jumped at that opportunity to help his son achieve his dream, just like Ray's father left him that plot of land to achieve his dream.

Long story short, McCarrington Amusement Park will be showcased on the #05 Ford of Julian McCarrington for 6 races in 2018.
    05McCarringtonPark1.png

Took the advice of @nascarfan9 and added a gold variant to the #88 Starbucks car. I love it personally. This car will run in 1 of the 4 races that Starbucks is slated to be on the car.
