This is my new fictional series. I have seen alot of positive criticism on here. That is to say more constructive comments that encourage me to keep painting. I am a beginner painter and just do this for a bit of fun outside of my busy life. NOW let's get to the series itself.

This series will consist of 25 cars. 5 from 5 different manufacturers. Chevy Dodge(Dart) Ford(Taurus) Toyota, and one other manufacturer TBD by you. Max size of a team is 3 cars.

There will be a 20 race season. Schedule is upcoming and I'm always up for your input on any changes I should make. The Chase presented by MTN Dew will make up the final 6 races with 3 two race rounds.

Sponsors are for the most part totally random.

I have some cars complete and will be posting them as soon as I have good renders and time to post about each team. I have to say thank you to BurtonBraves for inspiring me as well as other very talented individuals. Their work no doubt is leaps and bounds above mine but I want to make my own contribution and bring the same kind of fun to others as they have brought me with their fictional series.

Are you sure you want a national series sponsored by Sheetz? They only have stores in PA and Maryland.

Not true at all. North Carolina, Virginia, Ohio, West Virginia. Still it would better fit a regional series.

If it's a 20 race season, I would possibly split the schedule up between superspeedways, speedways, short tracks, road courses and maybe a few dirt tracks.

Maybe have 6 races at speedways, 6 on short tracks and split the other 8 between 3 superspeedway, 3 road courses and the other two on dirt.

That's just my thought. Can't wait to see these cars!

Sheetz just happened to be my favorite gas station to stop at so that's what I made it. I'm open to ideas for the series name moving forward.

Love the input! Im not really a huge fan of how dirt handles in the game but if I could get a few dirt tracks converted to asphalt similar to how Eldora Asphalt is done. I'd be up for that for sure.

Alright everyone after a bit of debate I have decided to save Sheetz as series sponsor for a smaller regional series and instead go with Gatorade as my Title Sponsor. I also have the schedule ready to be posted later today.

We will start with Toyota Teams for the Gatorade Top Tier Series with the Chase presented by Mtn Dew

First up Speedfreak Motorsports a 2 car team out of Martinsville, VA. While being a two car team, their resources are a bit stretched thin in 2017 as they prepare for the inaugural season. They will have to rely on good finishes to solidify their operation.

    Driver:Steven Esparza
    Home: Jackson, MS
A son of two immigrants Steven Esparza has risen through the ranks quickly. Highly talented with alot of potential Wendy's will sponsor him this season giving him the funding he needs to showcase his abilities.

    Driver: Maurice Cooney
    Home: Worchester, Mass
A dirt racer most of his early career Cooney has attracted the attention of a few teams. Although he is accomplished a few races with big teams in other series havent gone as well as he would have liked. He will look to break out as the leader of the Speedfreak organization
    [IMG]

All for now. Should be posting the second Toyota team today along with the schedule. My paints will get better these are the first few I did. Looking forward to feedback on this and what you guys would like to see!

I like that #85 car! Just remember to remove the mask on the cars before you export them for both carviewer and the game. That's why you see those gray separating lines on the front fenders, mostly.

And I'm back everyone! Sorry about leaving the mask on this is a known issue that will be corrected in the future
Here's the Schedule if you would like me to add lap counts I can do that.
    Fuel Paris SS
    Bristol 2014
    Atlanta 1997 APT
    Sandy Flats Road Course
    Talladega
    Martinsville APT
    Boston
    Peoria 2k7
    Greeneville Spartanburg Super Speedway
    Concord Motorsports Park
    Whiteside County Speedway
    Daytona 2015 FSE
    Bull Ring Park
    Bull Ring West
    MNRL
    Old Spice Road Course
    Iowa
    Riki Raceway
    Motor Mile
    Charlotte 1997

Second team is a 3 car team powerhouse from Concord NC. Griffin Motorsports is Toyota backed team with plenty of talent at the wheel. They will field the 29, 62, and 64 cars this season.

    Driver: Jeff Evans
    Home: Henderson NV
Evans grew up racing legends in Nevada. He can sometimes have a hot head but he has a good amount of experience so hopefully he can stay out of trouble and stay consistent.
    upload_2017-1-3_15-42-5.png

    Driver: Sydney Greenburg
    Home: Libby, MT
Another legends racer at an early age Greenburg is the calm cool cowboy of the garage area. He is proven to be smooth consistent. He keeps the car clean most races and doesn't ruffle many feathers. Don't let that fool you though, he wants to win.
    upload_2017-1-3_15-34-8.png

    Driver: Alex Metcalf
    Home: Danville, VA
Metcalf is a young driver fresh out of late models winning many events all over the country most notably the Virginia Lottery 200 late model race at Martinsville. Some have said that he is reminiscent of a young Jeff Gordon, with huge talent and great charisma, Metcalf looks to be a contender right away.

You are off to a good start! It's always great to see beginners making their own bases, that is the best way to get better. A few two tips though, I would add a white outline to the Oreck logo on the QP of the #62 car, and I would also make your roof numbers a bit taller. I would also add some b-pillar logos and make the hood logos a little bit bigger on a few cars. Simple fixes though, keep up the good work!

    Next the Dodge teams
Team France has experienced success in European Stock Car Racing and are looking to take the next step by invading the Gatorade Top Tier Series. They've selected to run Dodge Darts this season numbered 36 and 38. Bicyclette, a french bicycle producer will sponsor the team as well as Barq's Root Beer.

    Driver: Dre Margand
    Home: Quebec, Canada
Dre is an experienced road racer and former Canadian Series champion. Look for him to make an immediate impact in the organization.
    upload_2017-1-3_16-44-10.png

    Driver: Ryan Cartwright
    Home: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Ryan Cartwright has been all over the world collecting open wheel race wins while he is still quite young and very inexperienced in stock cars, Team France has taken the chance on this young talent.

Make sure you're turning off the mask layer when you save these so that the lines don't show up where the template is split, like on the front fenders.

Well everyone I have done a few more schemes. The 93 and 94 are the first ones that I have been able to use the feedback I have been getting. Hopefully I will continue to improve as I learn more about painting and the software I am using. Also attached will be renders of previous schemes done by Shaneshine23.

The next two cars are part of a Dodge team formed by former stars of NASCAR Mark Martin and Greg Biffle. Due to funding and Biffle's attitude towards Ford after his last few years of racing, the team has selected Dodge as their manufacturer. The team will field the number 6 and 9 cars.

    Driver: Zak Burrows
    Home: Ogalla, Mass
Burrows has spent time in the modified series touring before this big break. A short track specialist look for Zak Burrows to be upfront at tracks like Whiteside and Concord. His car will carry the Auto Trader colors. Rumors of a Winn-Dixie sponsorship surround this team.

    6.jpg

    Driver: Harry Perkins
    Home: Peoria, IL
(This car's hood looks a little funky but it has been fixed. Will probably make a new one sometime this season)
Harry is an old friend of Greg Biffle. After spending most of his career in Super Trucks and late models with a brief stint in the truck series Harry is looking to claim fame in the time he has left racing. He will receive support from Trident and Everglades Farm Equipment. Trident will increase or drop sponsorship based on performance. Look for Harry at his home track Peoria. 9.png

The last Dodge team is our first single car team. Comet Enterprises will enter the Gatorade Top Tier Series without a sponsor.
The team hopes to have a few good runs and keep their head above water financially. The teams biggest goals include sponsorship and a technical alliance at the end of the year.

    Driver; Hector Sellers
    Home: Euless, TX
Sellers is a buy-a-ride racer. Coming from a wealthy family his racing experience covers a variety of disciplines making him a toss up driver at any type of track. He does have some extra experience racing V-8 super cars at road courses in Mexico. He will receive a small driver sponsorship from Rip Curl. 15.png

    FORD( TAURUS)
Ford has decided to make a change to their racing program, now using the Taurus again as opposed to the Fusion.
The first team who has aligned themselves with Ford is DynoShock Racing. The team is a very strong well funded two car team. DynoShock is a (fictional) leader in suspension systems for race cars and everyday cars. They will field the 93 and 94 cars this season.

    Driver: David Ashburn
    Home: Hayesville, GA
(This car has been updated with B-Pillar contigs)
Ashburn is a well respected racer ready to take the next step in his career. He has strong support from sponsors which he brings to the team and a cant lose attitude. We will see if his skill transfers to the Gatorade Top Tier. 93.png

    Driver: Andy Kidd
    Home: Harrison, NJ
The " Jersey Kidd" will make his debut in cars this season after spending a majority of his time in the truck series. Long time sponsor Folgers will follow him to DynoShock racing. Kidd is extremely excited about the upcoming season calling it the opportunity of a lifetime. His prowess on intermediate tracks could make him a favorite at crucial tracks in the Chase.
    94.png

Alrighty that wraps it up tonight really proud of the 94 compared to my first schemes. Still not perfect but hey gotta start somewhere. There will be 3 more Ford cars before I start Chevy let me know whether you think I should use the SS or perhaps another model like the Impala. Thanks and enjoy! I am halfway done with the sets primaries and will release the set upon completion.

Good evening everyone the next three cars finish the Fords and it will be on to the Chevrolets next. K-Speed is owned by Rodger Kleckner who also owns Kleckner Construction Corporation ( the largest construction business in the eastern US). The team will field 3 cars full time this season. The 19 20 and 21.
**Any tips to line up lines better from side of car to hood are appreciated**
    Driver: Rich Kleckner Jr.
    Home: NY, NY
Kleckner is the grandson of Rodger who is the team owner. The 2nd generation driver is getting the opportunity that his father never had, getting to drive in a national touring series. Rich has experienced success in late models as well as modifieds. With fishing being a favorite activity Evinrude will sponsor the 19. Going with a scheme based on Rodney Combs #89 ride from years gone by.
    19.png

    Driver: Jesse Foti
    Home: Bluffton, IN
An accomplished dirt racer and owner of Foti Cabinetry. Foti is making the leap from Sprint Cars and Midgets to asphalt stock car racing. His greatest racing achievement is winning the Chili Bowl. Look for Jesse Foti on the high side in his Pledge sponsored ride with Evinrude also on-board as an associate. 20.png

    Driver: Jose Lucas
    Home: New York, NY
A best friend of Rich Kleckner Jr., Lucas is an accomplished racer in his own right. Lucas has raced alongside Kleckner for a number of years and actually took home the win in the Snowball Derby a couple of years ago. Porter Cable will serve as a primary sponsor for these races. As a joke between friends Lucas has requested his numbers be tilted opposite of his
    teammates.

Finally the two announcements concerning the 2017 season. First, Chevy will now use the Impala as their body style. Also, Rockingham APT will play host to the 2017 all star race consisting of 6 pole winners and the top 14 in points excluding those pole winners. The field will race twin dash races for cash and the top 7 in each race will transfer. The final 14 will race to the finish to determine the 2017 All-Star champion. Breaking : The next season will see the series move to the NXS16 Mod. ( I think there are just too many BrGen6 Cars out there and too many great painters out there for this series to generate much interest. This move will hopefully increase popularity and interaction. Thanks to Andy1 for renders and artists at Logopond.com for some awesome fictional logos )
