The mod and paint schemes for the mod look great! Keep the photos coming!
First Nr2003 video of 2017. I took 1 potential Green-White-Checkered Finish, and simulated it 10 times with 10 different results. This is to combat the idea of having just 1 GWC finish to deal with. Enjoy!
It's an interesting concept series Griff, its cool to see the various differences between race attempts and what the AI decides to do each time.
That just goes to show how unpredictable the NR2003 AI is. Especially when edits to ini and/or ratings are involved.
Mod? Wait, am I missing something? lol
Cool shot from the pace car.
There is a new Nascar Monster Energy 2017 Series mod. Basically the Gen6 mod but 2017 series bodies including a dodge model. Its still in alpha and no damage models yet.
Dale Earnhardt looks to the inside of Mark Martin during the 1991 Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte.
Earnhardt won the Grand National race on Saturday, and would go on to sweep the weekend, then the year at Charlotte in both divisions of Nascar.
A brief Overview:
Leads 121 laps en route to a win during the Champion 300 BGN race Saturday
Leads 294 laps Sunday in the 600 to make it two in a row.
Leads 103 Laps en route to his 4th BGN win in 1991 in Saturday's All Pro 300
Leaves the field dazed and confused after leading 199 Laps, and grabbing the win in the Mello Yello 500, his 8th of 1991.
Earnhardt would go on to win his 6th Winston Cup, beating Mark Martin by 339 points. He would also lead almost 2000 laps, and qualified on the pole an earth shattering 16 times.
Earnhardts 8 wins included his second Daytona 500, both Bristol races, both Charlotte Races, the Tyson Holly Farms 400, his 3rd Southern 500, and the AC Delco 500 at Rockingham. Earnhardt also completed 91% of the laps run over the season, with his lone DNF coming late in the Spring Talladega Race.
Watch out Richard Petty, Dales gonna be looking for Number 7 in 1992...
Winning at Mosport in the SRD Online Series.
Also tweeting under red flag conditions....
Winning the fun race at Dega to follow up last night's fun race win.
Continuation of the update for my 2015 Armory Digital Cup Series:
Raced as the #36 at Atlanta, started near the front and had a great finish.
Meanwhile in Division 1 (also at Atlanta) driving as my driver I started in the back of the pack and fought my way to the front.
Only 13 races remain for each division, the next race will basically be the halfway point of the regular season before the best 43 drivers will enter the Champions Division.
A couple of shots from the very first race of the NASCAR SunnyD Cup Series! 75 laps, let's go!
How's that for a finish? Sorry for the phone quality photo.. computer is having some issues getting screenshots for this game.
Led 34 of 75 laps to the win!
I pulled this epic save at, by that time, Lowe's Motor Speedway. And 2 laps later, I pulled another one.
5, 4, 3, be ready for the dive
The AI make it five-wide at Talladega... and pay the price for it the very next turn.
(its a crash shot, don't shoot me)
And we're back! When last I posted, we were lined up at Nazareth, well, after the top 7 caught never-ending pit penalties during the first safety car, I ditched it. I was going to have Yas Marina replace Detroit, however in interest of finishing the season (and me still running on the computer that may crash), I just ditched it all-together. That means, we're on to the season finale Pirtek 250 at Armory Digital! The final event of the season and of the 2015/2016 PepsiMax Enduro Cup. After starting last we made out way up to the top15 and played around making it all the way up to P2. After a year off, this was incredibly stressful and fun and insane. 4 and 5 wide racing all the way around.
Being the final race of the season I was pushing like crazy.
Such an amazing course.
Going into the race I knew I was in trouble. Out of 3 EnduroCup events so far this season, I've finished one. I knew I'd probably get caught up in the big one and since I was leading the points standings coming in, I was being careful but still pushing hard. SURPRISE! Just about to the halfway point and I get a bad call from the spotter and misjudge the distance to the 33 on my inside going into the final turn.
(For the next shot, check the crash shot thread http://simracingdesign.com/threads/nr2003-crash-shot-video-thread.58432/page-20#post-761063).
That was it, I thought. Turns out, the car I was racing for the championship was caught up in the wreck with me (mainly 5, but also 33). The crew unloaded the backup car so we had something to burn down at the end of the race.
We came home the champions by 34 points! The #22 of Stephanie Tougas won the race, which saw 50+ lead changes over 20+ drivers. I'm super excited for next season since I feel we are going to have a tough time defending. Strongbow SP Tools Racing is officially switching from Toyota Camrys to Subaru STis and becoming Triforce Autosports. We're looking forward to the challenge the awaits and are ready to come back to the track just as strong. I also can't wait to show some more of the surprises I have in store.
If anyone has suggestions for new desktops, please send them my way. The only game I play is NR but I use PhotoShop all the time and have started playing in 3DS Max.
Did you make the cars?
if so that looks nice
