The series now moves along to the historic Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the second race of the Round of 12. "With the stupidity of some drivers in the Richmond race, we're now in a must-win situation... The bad news is that we're not at a short track this weekend, so it's an uphill climb, both ways, in the snow...."

Drivers are strapping in and getting ready to race for Race #2 of the Round of 12 in the 2016 Chase for the Championship at Indianapolis.

This evening we race with heavy hearts after the death of Dave Reuille, or better known to the NR2003 community as WoofGM. Mr. Reuille has certainly left a lasting impact on the NR2003 community in the many years he was involved.

Lap 2: LEAD CHANGE: Josh Walton gets pushed by Adam Douglas down the fronstraight by Alikz Ahlbrand to take over the lead.

Contact between Sean English and Cole DesRosiers in turn 2 results in the #23 car in the wall off of turn 2. Quite a bit of damage to the right side of the RedBull Mustang.

Lap 6: LEAD CHANGE: Sean English by Tim Kunkel for the lead in turn 1. Plenty of jockeying for position that lap. Looks like the cloudy conditions have affected how these guys work the draft this evening. We've never seen the draft be so prominent in previous races here at Indianapolis.
