After a long break, the SRD National Series is back in action at the historic Indianapolis Motor Speedway for Race 2 of the 2018 Playoffs. Some rough starts in the opening race at Iowa put a few drivers well behind the 8-ball, but breaking news of a suspension has put those drivers right back in the thick of the battle. Who can make the most of this historic race and maybe punch their ticket into the next round of the Playoffs?

"Here at the Brickyard, one of my favorite tracks to be at. Great tradition and history here, and I'd love to be able to add my name to the storied list of winners here at Indy."

“Not my favorite track by any means, but I always love the atmosphere here at Indy. We just gotta go out here and keep it consistent to keep our buffer from the cutoff where it is.”

Still planning on running this tonight. Just finishing some things up before we get started.

EDIT: I actually want to make sure I have the AI like I want it to be, and I don't want to rush it. It'll be run tomorrow night for sure unless something unforeseen comes up.

I understand the 30 but just curious why the 32 and 34 were reinstated?

They were all suspended together for the same reason, so they are all reinstated for the same reason.

At the end of the day, they were really never suspended since I didn't have anywhere near enough time to run races during the suspensions.

I guess this season just wasn't meant to finish.

As it stands right now, the rest of the season has been cancelled. Check the Silly Season thread for more information.
