Redline GTP error?

Every time I go to run the Redline GTP Mod this error happens. What could be happening?

There is two ways this can go:
A: You might have the install path wrong.
There's a specific way for installing GTP, why, I don't know.
Install Path: C:\GTP\Papyrus\NASCAR Racing 2003 Season

B: Did you install the modified core.ini?
That is mandatory when installing Redline GTP.
