Lap 93: Coleman easily out in front as the inside line is stuck behind Cole who is down a cylinder. A bunch of action mid pack as Matt O'Reilly pulls off track billowing smoke. His season will end early. Coleman off turn 4 to the line ahead by about 5 car lengths over Kunkel.

Lap 94: Hooper to 3rd with a pass on Missimer in turn 3. Slates trying to follow and move Missimer back to 5th and he does it. Missimer holding up cars may have hurt the handling of his car under that last pit stop.

Lap 95: Hooper to 2nd off turn 2. The 11 is quick here on the restart clearing Kunkel with ease. Bobby Farrell has also gone up in smoke but he pulls of the track and we stay green. Hooper closing in fast on Coleman. Hooper trying to take home a title by winning this race.

Lap 97: Hooper is there and he looks for the lead into turn 1. He gets to the door of the 12 but Coleman up next to the wall has the momentum off of 2 and holds onto the lead for now. Kunkel back in 3rd unable to close in and make it a 3 car battle. Behind them English is back up to speed and passes both Missimer and Slates to move up to 4th.

Lap 99: Hooper is going to try again into turn 1. He gets there but doesn't clear. They drag race down the back and into turn 3. Coleman hangs in on the outside and they are still even to the line. Hooper a nose ahead leads lap 99. Kunkel about a second back in 3rd and English in 4th with Slates the top 5.

Lap 100: Into turn 1 Hooper has the advantage and he will drive in deep and slide up in front of Coleman to take the lead away. Hooper doing everything he can to win this championship but he needs Missimer to drop back further than 6th.

Lap 101: Top 2 still very tight as Coleman now puts the pressure on Hooper. They are in front of Kunkel by almost a full second while English in 4th is 1.4 back putting down laps 2 tenths better than the top 2. Missimer holding steady in 6th just needs 33 more laps without incident and he should win this championship.

Lap 102: Lennox to the inside of Missimer in turn 3. He pulls even and now Missimer gets a piece of the wall off turn 4! He has some damage on the right side as he drops to 8th. This could be exactly what Hooper needs.

Lap 108: Coleman is right there just 1 tenth behind Hooper at the line. They are about to catch the slower car of Ryan Cole. Behind them English has tracked down Kunkel but has been unable to get around him. They have fallen 2.3 seconds behind the top 2. Slates still runs 5th but is now 4.6 seconds behind the leader.

Lap 109: Coleman pushing hard and now too hard as he catches the wall in turns 1 and 2. He will lose a bunch of ground to Hooper. That may have done it for the 12 if he can't catch back up or we don't get a yellow.

Lap 110: Coleman dropped behind by 6 tenths now as they both get around Cole with no problems. Kyle Missimer fighting his car drops a spot to Curtain and now has Mahoney coming to his inside. The 41 clears and Missimer is down to 10th. He has a good size cushion over the next few cars but he cannot afford anymore mistakes.

Lap 111: Kunkel and English come up on Cole and English will make it 3 wide to try and grab 3rd. Kunkel higher up on the track has the momentum and fends off that charge from the 31. They are 2 seconds behind Hooper and Coleman. Coleman has lost a tenth to Hooper, possibly damage to the 12 car after the run in with the wall.

Lap 112: Missimer now outside the top 10 for the first time today as Zumwalt gets around him. Missimer losing valuable points but his closest competitors Ingram and Busch remain behind him.

Lap 114: Coleman has found the speed in his car once again and is now within 3 tenths of the 11. Just over 20 laps to go and it is a 2 car fight for the win.

Lap 118: Coleman has caught up to the rear bumper of the 11 as we come down to the closing stages. Kyle Missimer has worked himself back into the top 10 getting around DeCosta for that position but Dan Busch is coming. Busch now to 13th and closing in quick on the cars in front of him. He came in just 4 points behind Missimer in the standings.

Lap 120: Missimer now back outside the top 10 as Zachary Scott gets around him. Missimer now has DeCosta and Busch lined up right on his rear bumper. The championship will come down to the very end as Hooper continues to lead.

Lap 122: Hooper has stretched it back out to about 4 car lengths over Coleman. Hooper was celebrating a championship here last year and now he's trying to do the same while also winning the race. Kyle Missimer is holding on to 11th for now but DeCosta and Busch are all over him.

Lap 124: Coming to get 10 to go and Coleman is trying everything he can to catch the 11. Kunkel still holding on in 3rd with English just behind in 4th. Mahoney is up to 5th. Lennox is running 6th, Slates 7th, Curtain in 8th, Zumwalt up to 9th, and Scott rounds out the top 10.

Lap 126: 9 to go and Hooper is now up by a half second. They will catch Ryan Cole but that should be the only traffic they will have to deal with. Missimer is holding on in 11th but he can't relax with DeCosta and Busch right on his heels.

Lap 129: Cole stays to the inside for the leaders and Coleman is back to Hooper just a car length behind with 6 laps to go. Missimer and Busch now side by side into turn 1! Missimer will drop to 13th as Busch clears him! Championship on the line as they come around to see 5 to go!

Lap 131: Coleman a tenth slower that time but he is still about 1 car length off the rear bumper of Hooper. He may need to try a slide job to get the win because the clean air on these older tires is keeping Hooper ahead.

Lap 132: Coleman slightly better that lap closes in slightly but not enough to make a pass. Missimer still holding on in 13th just behind Busch. Busch desperate to get around DeCosta as he is still 4 points behind Missimer after Missimer lead a lap early in the race. Lennox might just be within a shot in 6th as he was only 14 points behind going in but he needs a little more help in the final laps.

Lap 133: 2 to go for Hooper as he has a 3 tenth lead now on Coleman. Kunkel and English almost 6 seconds behind won't be a factor. Mahoney in 5th goes up in smoke! Mahoney pulls off the track and we stay green but that will give Missimer a free point as he will now move up to 12th.

Lap 134: White flag, 1 more lap in 2016! Hooper ahead of Coleman in the race, Missimer might just be ahead in the championship battle. 1.5 miles left to decide it.

Lap 134: Hooper clean around 1 and 2 keeping it close to the wall but not into it. Coleman closes slightly but it won't be enough. Hooper through 3 and 4 and he will take the win in Miami! Coleman 2nd and Kunkel will hold on for 3rd. Kyle Missimer comes across the line in 12th and that should be enough for him to hold on and take the 2016 championship!
