"Didn't qualify where we wanted to, but I'm confident we can work up through the field. Car handles well in traffic, we just gotta stay out of trouble."

"3rd, 11th, 19th, and 20th. Overall pleased with our starting positions. Practice speeds varied but we're starting well enough that I think we'll be able to run well."

'Well practice was better then qualifying. Hope we can find a good setup for the race. #45 Sig Sauer Chevy needs a good finish this weekend! Joyce Racing has given us great cars this season! We just need to charge hard towards the end, and bring that ROTY trophy home!'

"We have a fast car. We have just tried to keep the thing out of trouble before the race. It's our Dega car so we are very confident in it and it has handled very well through all the practices. Did expect to qualify well, its a better drafting car than a qualifying car so we will see what happens in the race but I expect to get this Bass Pro Shops, JEGS Chevy near the front and in contention til the end."

Coleman and Jordan lead us down the frontstretch 2 by 2. The green flag flies and we are racing!

Lap 1: Coleman with the jump noses ahead into turn 1 but Root pulls out of line with a shove from Caudill and they will rocket out to the lead down the back. They pull 4 car lengths on the pack as Zumwalt brings up the inside line 3 wide for 3rd with Mahoney and Coleman stuck on the outside. Root leads lap 1.

Lap 2: Caudill shoved Root a full lap now pulls to his inside into turn 1 to try for the lead. They race side by side dead even down the back. Curtain closing in with help from Busch. Curtain to the bumper of the 4 now takes it 3 wide for the lead as they come to the line. Caudill by a nose leads lap 2.

Lap 3: Here comes Flaitz with help from O'Reilly and Everett. They got to the bottom of the track and will draft by to take the lead down the back. Now O'Reilly moves Flaitz out of the way and Everett pushes him alongside off of 4. To the line give it to O'Reilly on lap 3.

Lap 5: Scott has the lead as we begin lap 5 after a huge push from Llamas in the 48. Scott now way ahead of the pack and will likely be swallowed up as the pack closes back in. Scott keeping his advantage as they head down teh back as Busch now breaks free from the pack and closes quickly on the 20. Scott at the line still has the lead but here comes the 9 to his inside.

Lap 6: Busch drafts right by the 20 and into the lead on lap 6. Caudill, O'Reilly, and Everett 3 wide for 3rd. As Busch leads his championship rival Missimer runs 39th and is about to the lose the draft. This could be a huge swing in the points this late in the season.

Lap 13: Busch has been in complete control since lap 6 with Scott sticking right on the rear bumper of the 9. The field is now starting to settle down as we see very few side by side battles as everyone starts to get in line and ride. Missimer has lost the draft and is now well off pace while Kunkel and Jordan are also falling behind.

Lap 14: Scott now drops out of line and Caudill goes with him. Busch no help may have Root suck up to him, no. Root down to the bottom with the 4 and 20 and they go by Busch who falls back. Caudill gets put in the middle by Root and now Busch back even with Root for 2nd. Now the 99 to the inside of Scott as Busch gets a shot from Caudill. Busch just like that back in front as Root and Scott side drafted each other in turn 3 and now they fall back almost out of the top 5.
