I believe...don't take my word on this...this is a complete list of drivers who have won in all three series (point paying events only)

-Kyle Missimer
-Mike Lewon (inactive)
-Daniel Asher
-Ad Kane (inactive)
-John Hooper, Sr.
-Sean English

I'm not 100% sure on English...but it's been done by multiple drivers...of course that'll reset when SRD Trucks gets going ;)

Craigo - "Even with my arm hurting like hell, I managed to finish smack-dab in the middle of the pack. I just hope I can run all of the laps Sunday."

Really late, but practice number 2 started half an hour ago. Josh Hawkins has been called in by SRD Officials for an incident that happened on track that involved John Hooper, Sr. and Anthony Curtain. More details when results are posted.

Webster: "Can't really help the blown engine. Stuff like that just happens sometimes. Pretty happy with P17 for an oval track. Hoping to continue to pick up momentum after that top 10 at Michigan."

Practice session number 2 for the SRD Gateway 200 was held late tonight, and speeds were down and lap times were more spread out across the board. Fans had something to cheer for as they watched their hometown driver Jeremy Zumwalt run the fastest lap of the session, with a 29.614. Kyle Slaughter continues his impressive perfromance this weekend with runner up lap time of 29.682. Keith Batson, Jason Blanford, and John Hooper, Sr. round out the top 5, but for one of those drivers, they won't be using the car they ran that lap with.

29 minutes into practice, a small pack of cars was rounding turn 2, when the leader of the inside line, Josh Hawkins, moved sharply up track, right into John Hooper, Sr. The result was Hawkins spinning, turning Hooper into oncoming traffic, leaving Anthony Curtain with no where to go but into Hooper...the contact sent Hooper's car upside down, he rolled over twice, before coming to rest upside down. Track officials flipped over the #11 machine, and Hooper was able to get out of the car and walk away under his own power, but not before sending a one-finger salute to the #3 car. Brendan Gorman also got a peice of the wreck when he hit Hawkins' spinning car, but you can't really see it in the photos. Josh Hawkins is under probation for his actions at Michigan, and could face farther punishment for this wreck. SRD Officials are in contact with team owner Ryan Cole over the incident.

@zweb95: That 3 car needs to be ****ing parked. That's twice in two weeks, and this most recent one was in practice. Almost collected this 95 car, and I'll be damned if I would have let that one slide.

"7th in practice is nice, the cars better than it was in first practice by a mile. I feel we might have something for them come race day. As for the guy in the #3...it takes a lot of skill to race these Indycars. Not everyone has that skill. That's all I have to say. I'm glad Hooper's okay, he's tough, you know he'll be back in that seat tomorrow."

Craigo - "My arm hurts like hell, and I was in extreme pain when I got out of the car. We were 23rd in practice #2 today, so we're not exactly where we want to be..... Also, just want to give a big thanks to Tim Johnston for filling in for me in tomorrow's final practice before I strap in for qualifying."

*When asked about opinions on the incident involving Josh Hawkins in the #3*

Craigo - "He needs to be parked for several races if he keeps this up, and continues to be a danger on the track. It's eventually going to the point where either he or another driver gets seriously hurt.... or worse.... He seriously needs to tighten his head up or else he's going to get someone to knock it off of his shoulders for him. I'm just glad I won't have to be on track with him again until Sunday........ Well, we had just got the primary car just about set-up and then. *shakes head* I don't know what the 3 was thinking. I dunno, maybe his car broke or something. *shrugs shoulders* Well, now we've got to run this with our backup car. We've got no time in the car, and it was our back-up from Loudon. We'll do the best we can.

Anthony Curtain: Well, we had a good car, until it was ruined thanks to the #3.

@VictoryLaneEnterprises-The 3 just damaged 2 of our cars...in practice. He really needs to be parked, there's absolutely no way the drivers can feel safe with him out there. The good news is that the 47 can be fixed and the 97 was junk anyway. Kyle is still bad fast. #srdindycar

Out of context, but Dan you can add me to the list of drivers with a win in all 3 series. I've got 2 wins in Cup, 1 in NNS, and 1 in IndyCar back in 2011 or 2012.

"Well, we're slow. It's an oval though, not surprising. Just gonna try to keep it clean, which might not be easy with that 3 car out there. He needs to be parked before he seriously hurts someone."

@Mahoney74INDY: Car was solid in practice...idiot in the #3 wrecked our teammate. They really need to park him for a race or two, maybe it'll help.

JOSH HAWKINS PARKED FOR GATEWAY

After talks with team owner Ryan Cole, SRD Officials have parked driver Josh Hawkins for the SRD Indycar race at Gateway. It is currently unknown who will pilot the #3 car the rest of the weekend. It is also unknown if officials will suspend Hawkins for any longer than Gateway. "Driver Josh Hawkins has had quite a few incidents this year already. At Daytona he was spun onto the track, where he sat in the middle of the track and made no effort to get out of the way, resulting in a multi-car crash. Then there's Michigan, where he cut across multiple lanes of traffic to pit and caused a multi-car crash, sending a driver into the catch fence, almost 2. And then there's practice last night at Gateway, where be moved sharply up track and slammed Hooper into the wall, which resulted in Hooper getting turned into oncoming traffic and flipped. Josh has been a hazard so far to the other drivers, and we're looking into a solution. Josh has been parked for Gateway, and we're in talks with Cole on who will replace him. That's all we have to say for right now."

Well, it's sad that it had to come to this, but this kid is out of control. I'm glad the series did something, because if it was left up to the drivers, it wouldn't be pretty. I'm sure Ryan will figure something out. A driver, especially someone new, needs to learn to be a bit careful sometimes with the competition out there. Dive-bombing from the top to the bottom is just reckless, and shows no regard for his safety, or that of anyone else.

BREAKING NEWS: JOSH HAWKINS OUT AT COLE MOTORSPORTS

Reports are flooding in that Josh Hawkins has submitted his resignation to Cole Motorsports and will be leaving the series. SRD Series Officials have confirmed that Hawkins has indeed "quit", and will no longer be racing in the series. Cole Motorsports is looking for a new driver, and Jordan Zoric has first dibs on the seat. On such short notice, finding a new driver was impossible though. So Cole has called in Cup series driver Mike Grube to drive the #3 this weekend at Gateway. This will be the former SRD Cup Champion's first start in the Indycar series.

-------------------------------

Now that I know who's driving the #3, final practice is about to start, with qualifying later tonight.

Bobby Farrell - "Well no surprise the first practice session sucked and the second practice session sucked. (Laughs) Hey it looks like we have a common theme for the weekend. I really hate to be so down but I am not liking the ovals so far this year. The results show that. We really aren't that far off from the fastest car in practice. It just seems that just about everybody else is faster then us. I'm not seeing anything that is going to change that. The first practice we ended up 28th on the charts. Again not far off from the leader but I don't like being this far back. The second practice session for some reason we lost a lot of speed. We also lost a little bit to the fast guys in practice since they also lost speed. We fell to 31st on the charts. Oh well another race weekend that we will just have to get through."

Final Practice for the SRD Gateway 200 was held at 6 PM EST, and it was probably one of the most bizarre practice sessions I've ever seen. Come cars went out on track and didn't run at full speed, there was a lot of traffic, so lap times were all over the place, so don't take your result as seriously as you would any other times. 2 new drivers took to the track this session, Mike Grube took over the #3 for the departed Josh Hawkins, and he ran a respectable 29.795 second lap, enough for 17th on the speed charts. Tim Johnston took over the #41 for the injured Jacob Craigo, he didn't do as well running a 29.841, enough for only 22nd fastest.

Kyle Slaughter continues his dominate weekend, running fastest of anyone yet again with a 29.688. Billy Nixon posted an impressive lap of 29.701, good enough foe 2nd. Kyle Missimer also showed some muscle, coming in 3rd with a 29.720. Ryan Cole and Keith Batson round out the top 5. Qualifying will be help at 10 PM EST.
