Across the ocean is where the SRD IndyCar Series has headed for a five race stint we call the International Tour. We're at the Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir, Bahrain to kick the second half of the season off. The time is now for these drivers to push even harder for the title.

Making it's third appearance on the SRD IndyCar Series schedule this season is the 15 turn, 3.366 mile course at the Bahrain International Circuit.
    Bahrain_International_Circuit--Grand_Prix_Layout_with_DRS.svg.png

Last season's International Tour Champion, Kyle Missimer, comes into this race off of an 8th place finish at Kentucky. Can he use that momentum to propel him into this weekend and the International Championship?

Bobby Farrell comes into Bahrain having won both SRD Indy events ran here. Can he make it three in a row at Bahrain and Daytona in the same season?

Last weekend was a thriller at Kentucky Speedway that left only 17 drivers on track. This weekend should be very calm, compared to Kentucky, something that these drivers need after two high speed, high stress ovals.

    Race Info:
    -Indy Grand Prix of Bahrain
    -Bahrain International Circuit
-3.366 mile, 15 turn road course
    -59 laps, 198.59 miles

    Weekend Schedule:
    Friday: Practice (45 minutes)/Qualifying
    Sunday: Race

Teams will be running the Firestone Orange, soft compound tires this weekend.

"We've been having uncharacteristically bad luck at road courses this season; hope we can turn it around this weekend."

"Seriously? What is wrong with our RC program? We only qualify well on the ovals...Kyle and I should be running way better than we are on these roadies."

Are our ratings entered correctly? Seriously don't understand how two people with RC stats are performing so poorly.

Yes, all ratings are entered correctly. I check them before beginning every race weekend to ensure I haven't messed anything up.

Not a good lap. It'll take something to work our way up. I'm no Max Verstappen but it'll take a drive like his in Brazil probably,

Every time we to run mid-pack, we seem to get always got up in a wreck. Hope race day goes better for us!

Anthony Curtain: "I don't really know what happened there...our road course cars are usually a lot stronger. Hopefully we can figure out what is wrong with our Asics Chevy and turn it around by race time."

CC to Harris: "14th buddy, nice work."
Harris: "Holy hell I had to drive the hell out of the car just for 14th?!"
CC: "Well, be happy with it. Take care of it for the race and hopefully we can get something out of that."
    Harris: "10-4."

@crazyboy335, while it's no help, you really can't judge if you were trash in Q. You never set a lap, as said above.

Well I mean I'm naturally trash anyway, it's not like it's gonna fucking matter since I'll finish last anyway.
