Might set a record and go from winner to last place. Johnson is my only person in the top 26. Rough.

I calculated 150 points not including bonuses. Disappointed that Edwards ran out of gas with 5 laps to go. Still a good week for me.

Roughly 156. I had Stewart and Kenseth, and took them out. Really dodged a bullet there.

With bonus points i think i have 178-181 points. Keselowski was my only dud plus i got max points for picking Ambrose in 5th spot. Should be interesting to see where things stack up, its looks like everyone's got some pretty low scores this week!

The Bristol Night Race was forgettable for the SRD Pick'em Series.

Of the 62 entrants, just 38 scored at least 150 points, while only 4 surpassed the 175 point mark.

Winning his second career SRD Pick'em Series event this week is coltsfan93. His 186 point total was just good enough to beat MillsLayne for the win, who scored 178 points. 24JGM and Sgt. Slaughter were in a tied for third, while Wesley Slates, ryan78, and moppenheimer were all in a tie for fifth. The fifth place finish for Wesley Slates is his series leading seventh top 5 of the season, increasing his series leading bonus point total to 51.

Congratulation to coltsfan93 on his win!

There are still two more races before the Chase begins, but the twelve entrant field is beginning to take shape. While no one has officially clinched a spot, points leader db512 is looks to be in a very solid position. He leads degatime88 by 39 points, and has a 112 point advantage over 11th place.

degatime88, the top rookie in the standings, also appears to be in good shape, with a sizable advantage over 11th. Of note, Ryan597 has been shuffled to the bottom of the standings, as his ban from SRD makes him ineligible to make the Chase.

db512 and degatime88 look very safe as far as getting into the Chase, and will just be looking to solidify which of them gets the #1 and #2 positions, and the bonus points they get towards the Chase, after race 26.

This also looks to be the story for the entrants between 3rd and 6th in points. FloridaFan88 is 3rd, 62 points out of the lead, but has a 50 point margin over 11th place. It is only 1 point more back to denyerfan in 4th, while antknee10 and roostmotor87 are not far behind, but with a 21 point advantage over 7th place dspence14.

While any of these four could definitely miss the Chase, especially roostmotor87, whose 26 bonus points would not get him into the Wildcard discussion should he fall out of the top 10, all four look comfortably in the top 10, and will be trying to secure the #3 position entering the Chase.

From 7th on back, it gets interesting. dspence14 is 7th in points, just 22 points ahead of 11th place. dspence14 has been consistent all season, but his 14 bonus points will not get him a Wildcard should he fall out of the top 10. With the highest current low total in the series, dspence14 will need to have two very, very good weeks to keep himself in the Chase.

MillsLayne has quietly climbed into the top 10 for the first time this season. He is 22 points ahead of 11th, but it looks like he will need to stay in the top 10 to make the Chase.

4WideRacing has been slowly falling down the standings the past few weeks, and finds himself in 9th, 11 markers ahead of 11th place. 4WideRacing is in an interesting position as far as making the Chase is concerned. He currently has the lowest weekly average in the top 10, at 166 points. This sets the minimum average for Wildcard eligibility at 161 points. If he were to fall out of the top 10, the low average would likely increase to at least 164. Wesley Slates and taz1458 have overwhelmingly large leads in the Wildcard standings over everyone else, but their weekly averages have been close to the low average minimum. If 4WideRacing were to fall out of the top 10, coupled with higher averages in the top 10, with Wesley Slates and taz1458 becoming ineligible to qualify for the Wildcard positons, 4WideRacing would likely be at least in the #1 Wildcard position. A lot of things would have to happen for this to occur, but it is a very realistic possibility.

DannyM is 10th in points, 7 points ahead of 11th place. DannyM has been quietly consistent all season, and needs to stay in the top 10 to make the Chase, with only 18 bonus points.

AfterForever00 is the first entrant out of the Chase, 7 behind 10th. XxTeam48LowesXx is 12th, 8 points behind. johnp, bhintze, and Wesley Slates round out the top 15.

With two races to go before the Chase, the top 57 are mathematically eligible to get into the Chase, but the realistic cut-off number with two races to go is likely around 25th-30th, based on low totals and realistic expectations of point totals over the next two weeks.

Wesley Slates and taz1458 look to be the Wildcards at this point, barring someone scoring two podiums in the next two weeks, or if either of them have weekly averages which would make them ineligible to qualify for a Wildcard position. moppenheimer is 3rd in the Wildcard standings with 34 bonus points. JeffJordan, who needed a Wildcard last season to continue his stretch of making the Chase every year that he has competed ('09-'11), looks like he may need to rely on it again. DE3 is 6th in the Wildcard standings. If DE3 does not make the Chase this season, his run of being the only entrant to make every Chase in the history of Pick'em will end ('08-'11).

Another interesting point to look at is Wesley Slates getting into the top 10 over the next two weeks. He is only 22 points behind 10th. If he gets into the Chase, it would free up the second wildcard position, which would have five or six entrants within five bonus points of each other for the final Wildcard positon.

degatime88's lead in the rookie standings remains at 20 points over roostmotor87.

The Atlanta thread will be up momentarily.
