    Nr2003 running slow

    While playing nr2003 My game seems to be running very slow, I have a 2 Gb graphics card and 8 Gb of ram on my computer, my computer only has a 2.5 ghz processer, i don't know if that would have anything to do with it, I usually get about 20 fps, I would like to get more, any suggestions?
